| MEDICAL: Spay, All shots current.. 01-08-07 - Surgery (2.5 hours) to repair rear leg ACL. Was up & moving after 20 minutes. 01-09-07 - Resting comfortably and is already ambulatory and doing well. First 2 weeks she had to be carried up/down stairs to go out side. 01-22-07 - Vet check, stitches removed, pleased with her progress. Can now do stairs with three legs and the fourth leg when required. 02-05-07 - Vet check, Chastine has been released from Dr. care and can be adopted. Requires leash walking for next 3 months. Will need to be on meds for another 2 months but does not need anymore checkups unless something happens. |

| COMMENTS: She is a little timid about new situations. Chastine is a sweet girl with
a lot of energy, Counter surfer and loves to be on leash, Learns
quickly. |
